International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Nocturia Module (ICIQ-N)
Summary:
The ICIQ-N is a questionnaire for evaluating the frequency of daytime and night time urination and impact on quality of life (QoL) and outcome of treatment in men and women in research and clinical practice across the world. The ICIQ-N is derived from the fully validated ICSmale and BFLUTS questionnaires to assess the impact of frequent daytime and night time urination on outcome. This short and simple questionnaire will also be of use to general practitioners and clinicians in both primary and secondary care institutions to screen for nocturia, to obtain a brief yet comprehensive summary of the level and impact of frequent urination and to facilitate patient-clinician discussions.
