International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Male Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms Long Form Module (ICIQ-MLUTS LF)

Summary:
The ICIQ-MLUTS Long Form is a patient-completed questionnaire for detailed evaluation of male lower urinary tract symptoms and impact on quality of life (QoL) in research and clinical practice across the world. The ICIQ-MLUTS Long Form is derived from the fully validated ICSmale questionnaire and is a more in-depth assessment than the ICIQ-MLUTS. It will be of increased use where a more detailed assessment is required typically in research, although similarly in both primary and secondary care institutions.
